If filled with helium can float
Default price is for balloon only.
If choose to fill with helium, the size after fill with helium is about 25-26 inch, and will tie with white ribbon 2 meter and balloon weight.
Notes for fill helium for floating
Floating duration:
- 12" latex: about 10 hours
- 10" latex: about 6 hours
- 18" foil: 2 days or above
- Helium balloon will shrink over time and eventually not float. So, don't fill with helium too early
- Too hot, too cold and large temperature differences will affect the floating time
